Your Responsibilities

 

Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tier one clients and sales partners in the Nordic region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and sales partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding market share.

 Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company goals
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
  • Sales and Revenue Targets:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned key accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive overall business success.

Your Qualifications

  •  Deep knowhow or at least, strong interest, for hardware and software in computer technology, embedded computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc
  • Effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or in customer oriented jobs such as FAE, Project Manager, Solution architect, etc… in the electronic area preferably embedded computing
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the Nordic region (around 20% of time).
