Your Responsibilities:
· Provide Technical Support service for users to ensure business objectives.
· Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products.
· Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented.
· Perform on-site activities.
· Hardware maintenance for laptops, desktops and servers.
· Configuration and maintenance of printers, video projectors, display-wall systems.
· Approaches and solves requests arrived via the dedicated support channels.
· Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures.
· Communicating with Customers via phone, email or Zoom/WebEx/Teams.
· Act as Internal IT support person.
· Management of hardware equipment under official maintenance of the vendors.
· Give feedback to customers on incidents.
· Providing Level 1, Level 2 and Customer Liaison support as required.
· Retrieve all necessary information for further investigations.
· Basic knowledge regarding SCCM and Active Directory.
· Perform on call support 24/7
Your Qualifications:
· Excellent knowledge of the main client operating systems (Windows10, Windows11) and of the main troubleshooting techniques.
· Experience with ticketing systems.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· MAC OS and Android concept knowledge.
· Networking communication protocols knowledge would help.
· Previous experience in similar job is a plus.
· Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment.
· Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
· Well organized, able to set priorities.
· Dynamic and good communications skills.
· Good written and spoken knowledge of English language.
· Driving license B.
